Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

& Responsibilities: * 6-8 years minimum experience in wood industry handling interior, modular design, solid wood furniture manufacturing.

• Must have minimum 2 years of experience in using AlphaCAM or other equivalent CAM software for machining purpose.
• Minimum 5 years of shop floor experience and handling the architectural millwork CNC operations like Router CNC, Beamsaw, Multiboring, Edge Banding etc.
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, marketing, and service team to align solution design with customers\' business requirements.
• Perform Software Installation, Software Integration with CNC routers & Provide Product training to customers.
• Must provide Post Sales technical support with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to generate CAM CNC program and development of Post Processor as per machine details is added advantage.
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills for product presentation & demonstration by using General computer skills including Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint tools.
• Interpretation of architectural interior design & drawing specifications along with architectural woodworking standards for cabinetry & counter tops is added advantage.
• Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
• Working understanding of ERP software with Superior organization skills.
• Must be able to troubleshoot & report software related issues with problem solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of team with methodical approach towards task assigned.
• 70% travel is expected across the region assigned.
• Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
