What will I be doing?


• Work with the project teams and customers to create impactful dashboards and reports for customers of Zenoti.
• Understand business requirements and recommend best ways to represent KPIs.
• Solutioning end to end data and reporting challenges with high level of efficiency and well defined best practices.
• Create efficient visualizations, emphasizing usability, performance and good design practices
• Be proud of what you work on, and obsess about the quality of the work you produce


What skills do I need?


• A strong understanding of SQL data models/SQL queries to build reports and dashboards
• Excellent problem solving and data interpretation skills. Solutioning end to end data and reporting business requirements with high level of efficiency and well defined best practices.
• Experience with building, implementing and supporting Tableau visualizations and reports
• Experience in backend technologies like Amazon Redshift to comprehend data models/ facts/dimensions.
• Experience in troubleshooting Reporting or data integrity issues.
• Good communication skills for consulting with customers to understand the business problems and come up with viable solutions.
• Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, start up environment
• Any college degree; specialization in Computer Science or equivalent courses will be preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Tableau creating dashboards or 3+ years in any reporting tool with 3+ on Tableau
