How will you make an impact in this role?
This position is in the US Consumer Services Business Unit - Marketing Analytics team. The USCS team is passionate about making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
This specific role is part of prospect acquisition analytics and personalization team responsible for driving effective channel strategy and offer analytics for prospect channel.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build effective targeting and personalization strategy for consumer prospect Direct Mail, Pre-Qual and Bureau based omni channel connections
• Develop robust measurement solutions to effectively optimize the channel performance
• Lead test and learn charter for direct mail channel
• Publish periodic performance MIS and deep dive into changes in trends
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute and improve direct mail strategy

Minimum Qualifications:
• 0-3 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or finance combined with a master's or other secondary professional qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in programming languages like Hive, SQL, SAS, Python etc,
• Proficient in MS Office especially excel and powerpoint.
