Job Description


Candidate would be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday Talent Management, Performance, Succession planning, other People Cycle Processes - like Goals settings/management, performance reviews, talent reviews, calibration etc. Exposure to and other modules/SKUs - HCM, Security, Reporting, Talent etc configurations would be good to have but not mandatory. The candidate should have a good knowledge of overall HR systems and have good communication skills.Your TeamCandidate would be reporting to Sr. Manager, HR Systems and Analytics and currently, 3 persons are reporting to this position.What You Will DoDrive the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities Configuration/Business processes globally.Configure, maintain, and advise on security within Workday, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments.Develop and maintain awareness of divisional and data security and comply with policies and procedures.Ensure security and data privacy standards are met and maintained.Demonstrate proof of security controls during internal and external audits.Architect business processes and provide consultation to HR Business Partners and HR COEs, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis.Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday.Configure, test, validate and implement Workday Security, HCM, Talent Business Process changes & operational reporting in Workday globally.Proactively find inefficiencies in processes, suggest enhancements, and present proposals to leadershipWhat You NeedBachelor\'s Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field3+ years of experience with Workday Talent & Performance Management, People Life Cycle Processes including tenant, business processes, security, reporting - report writer, Calculated fields, Advanced, Matrix and composite reportsCandidate should have good support experience in supporting various streams globally.Solid understanding of Workday security, HCM, talent and reporting features and controlsKnowledge of SOX and data privacy regulationsAbility to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients\' needs and situation.Working knowledge of HR information systems, data models organization structures, and rolesStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with functional and technical partners.Strong attention to detailComfortable enforcing adherence to security policies and practicesStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.Ability to partner closely with appropriate business partners across all levels of the organization.Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to any problems that may arise, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks required to maintain system functionality.Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
