\xe2\x80\x93 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent interpersonal skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of data management systems, Like SQL, Athena, Datahoot Etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Proper understanding of Python/RStudios to create algorithms.
\xe2\x80\x93 Proper understanding of the basic function of WFM, RTA, Scheduling, and Forecasting.
\xe2\x80\x93 Proper understanding of the Python libraries, which include but are not limited to Pandas, Pyexcel
\xe2\x80\x93 Proper Understanding of Short-Term, Long-Term Forecasting.
\xe2\x80\x93 Proper Understanding of forecasting methodology Time Series, SARIMA, ARIMA, and SARIMAX, VARMA Forecasting algorithms.
\xe2\x80\x93 Work on the RCA and on the Post Morteum Analysis.
\xe2\x80\x93 Analyze Schedule Performance.
\xe2\x80\x93 Analyze forecast accuracy and create prediction models to enhance the forecasting accuracy.
\xe2\x80\x93 Good hands-on experience with Excel, Power Querry, and Mail Merge.
\xe2\x80\x93 Availability & Hours of Operation:- 24X7 availability.Job Responsibilities:\xe2\x80\x93 Perform innovation/ deep dive analysis to provide insights to the Client on trending or metric attainment.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for generating, maintaining & publishing metrics reports for Key Service Levels and Critical Service Levels and providing data to validate the achievement of both.
\xe2\x80\x93 The reporting requirement is subject to change based on business priorities.
\xe2\x80\x93 Publish all daily reports for the Client as per the agreed timelines every day
\xe2\x80\x93 Publish all weekly reports as per the agreed timelines.
\xe2\x80\x93 Publish all intervalhourly reports on time.
\xe2\x80\x93 Publishing Schedules, on a Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis.
\xe2\x80\x93 Working with Different stakeholders Internal and external for smooth business operations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Work on the schedules for better scheduling accuracy.
