We embrace the power of change to create valueThe Role:Senior Analyst - Video/Content ProducerKey Responsibilities:

• Lead Corporate Video Projects: Oversee the planning, production, and delivery of recorded corporate videos and live webcasts, ensuring alignment with communication goals.
• Manage Video Production Lifecycle
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business owners to define project requirements and provide creative and technical solutions
• Enhance Storytelling Techniques: Drive improvements in creative services by enhancing storytelling and production techniques to improve messaging and audience engagement.
• Handle On-Site and Off-Site Productions

Skills Required:

• Coordinate all phases of video production lifecycle, from pre to post-production
• Work as part of the crew for larger live stream events and recordings
• Create assembly edits and work with global edit team to complete recorded projects
• Experience with the design and delivery of on-location video production
• Ability to edit video content recorded in studio or on location
• Ability to shoot independently on site using professional cameras
• Ability to direct non-professional talent on-camera
• Coordinating video production requirements with external production companies; including cameras, audio, lighting, etc
• Creative storytelling and script writing experience
• Experience creating / communicating production documents such as written show flows, call sheets and planning documents
• Working collaboratively with marketing teams and providing guidance to senior executives
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of live and recorded video production techniques and workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite including Premiere, After Effects or Photoshop

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in film, television, multimedia production OR related fields
• 4-6 years of experience
