Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.: Prepare a critical lease events tracker and initiate projects on time through the JLL Account lead. Follow a strict process to carry out a lease transaction or exit. Prepare all materials required in the transaction process not limited to appointment letters; market comparable reports; notices under the lease; letters of offer; financials; client business cases, close out reports in liaison with JLL Account lead. Prepare rent budgets and stay versus go analysis using a cash flow and NPV (net present value) approach. Maintain transaction information and evidence of compliance to the transaction process within JLL and client reporting systems. Regularly communicate status of all active transactions per an agreed cadence and forum. Review lease agreements and ensure inclusion of all standard clauses identified and/or approved by the client i.e. JLL Account lead. Verify any stamp duty, registration charge and coordinate registration Complete transaction close outs and assess performance against pre agreed success measures such as savings, cycle time, compliance adherence, quality of deliverables.
