We are seeking a Senior Analyst to meet the reporting and distribution requirements associated with serialisation legislation while aligning with global data standards & strategies. This is an opportunity to adapt and innovate at pace, experiencing the excitement and varied challenges as we launch new products.Accountabilities:As a Senior Analyst, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities. You will be involved in the technical management, design, and implementation of solutions to support the global traceability strategy. This includes gathering functional requirements, designing, testing, integrating, and qualifying systems. You will run site-based workshops to ensure process development aligns with the global template and minimises disruption to business teams. You will also ensure compliance with global data standards, processes, and specifications and adherence to market legislation.Essential Skills/Experience:Supports system and process troubleshooting with site personnel, consultants, and IT support.Understands and capable to implement full lifecycle management to support Validation of IT solutionsAble and willing to work in a collaborative team environment spanning business and IT functions.Can identify when to call upon additional support from inside or outside of the team.Can work with a range of people with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and opinions.Can call upon a range of influencing styles in order to engage with different people.Overcomes constraints, barriers, and impositions to progress, persisting until an agreed solution is reached.5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience supporting Automation & IT technology, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.Good understanding of serialisation legislation and associated business processes.Experience and knowledge of distribution processes preferably associated to material track and trace.Experience of setting up, running and documenting process workshops.Working knowledge of corporate IT systems used for data management and warehousing.Broad and practical experience of computer and systems validation in a regulated environment.Effective communicator with a positive and confident attitude both written and verbally.Ability to make the complex simple.Experience of working Globally.Desirable Skills/Experience:Working knowledge of GS1 standards.Experience of working with ATTP, ERP, MDM applicationsExperience of working with serialisation at the packing level.Networking experience including interfacing between IT systems both manufacturing and corporate.Education to Degree level within a relevant field applicable to the role such as Electronics / Automation / process control / Software Engineering.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
