TITLE: Senior Analyst Technology - OpenText Solutions and Application Security

• Senior Analyst Configures, implements, and maintains the LS&Co. Opentext products. This role will work closely with COE business partners, IT analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into the configuration, enabling workflow and integrations.

• Senior Analyst is a subject matter expert in their domain that will lead teams on complex projects and mentor junior team members. As a member of the Opentext Global Capability Center (GCC) Team, you will be responsible for the hands-on design, implementation, and management of all Opentext product Suite in LS&Co. You will have the opportunity to work within a modern IT agile methodology, build upon your knowledge and gain significant experience in the mature technological ecosystem.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exposure to OpenText products: Extended ECM, Intelligent Capture, and Infoarchive Solution. Added advantage, if awareness in few other additional OpenText products such as Extended ECM for SAP
• Data Migration exposure from other source systems to the OpenText platform using migration tools
• Configuration design and strategy sessions applying OpenText solutions and expertise to produce sound solutions for internal stakeholders
• Document business processes and results of business analysis into configuration design specifications
• Configuration and customization efforts
• Review sessions to verify that all configuration requirements and specifications are valid and functioning as designed within the application
• Support application configuration test and quality assurance efforts
• Support design and development of data migration and system integration activities

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Opentext content server or Capture certification preferred

SKILLS:

• Strong Opentext product knowledge, with at least three or more years of implementation experience
• Must be a team player, must be able to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment, with good upward and downward management skills
• Strong IT skills \xe2\x80\x93 general computing and office software skills, networking knowledge, security, familiarity with mobile frameworks and web frameworks
• Some experience with cloud solutions, DevOps models, ITIL, and project management
• Min 5 to 7 years of experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
