Juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems as they arise.
Be organized with impeccable attention to detail.
Get things done in a timely manner while observing our SLAs and supporting the team on doing the same.

Ensure visibility across the global team and work towards establishing and maintaining standardized processes across the globe.
Keep track and document actions taken such as resolved requests and events coordinated.Required:

• 4+ years experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service-focused approach.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems as they arise.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple levels to build and deliver world-class customer service.

• Recruitment Coordination experience.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse.
• Experience working in a tech environment.
