Job Description

Logistics Operations The Logistics operations covers broadly three areas across multiple markets. They are Logistics Support , Warehouse Operations and Control Tower Operations.Logistics Support-

• Manage IDOC (interface between WMS, SAP and related systems) , Inventory Reconciliation and Customer Dispute Management
• Responsible for managing Warehouse to Warehouse Reallocations , Plant to Plant, , Sample Order Processing, Special Sales
• Report, Replenishment and Priority List Preparation

Repack / Warehouse Operations

• Responsible for Making the repack plan for Warehouses , work with vendors to ensure f all materials are in-stock for repack
• Review progress of weekly repack plan and Operations , Close repack PO's before closing need to check with connected teams

- Manage the packaging carts for display materials and responsible for managing master dataControl Tower Operations

• Carrier Operations- Work on Acceptance, Carrier Date Change Requests, Loading / Unloading Confirmation on basis of requests and Unloading slots
• Preparing Carrier KPI Reports, Maintaining Extra Costs Reports, Maintaining Database of Loads and on Operation Performance- Weekly Carrier Performance, Weekly Pallet PSI and other key KPIs
• Invoice First Level Issues resolution and support invoice clearance activities
• Manage Speed shipments, avoidance of short loads. Complete control of Rate parameter updates in system- Fuel Rate updation (Quarterly), Adhoc Rate updation (New Lanes, additional requests)

KEY INTERFACES

• Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
• Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations , Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
• Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT
