The role is part of the extended support functionality for the Strategy & Business Development team, which provides support services to all core teams.Responsibilities * Support the business management and the portfolio managers of Global Equity and Fixed Income Investment Management (GIM) in communicating and reporting on the equity and fixed income investment management products.

• Produce specific GIM marketing and sales collateral, such as, for instance, general client pitches, product presentations, portfolio overviews and reviews, performance updates, etc.
• Support in various development and processes related matters (i.e. optimization of publishing, communication and reporting topics).

• Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in a similar role or in project management, preferably in consulting or banking.
• Strong MS Office skills are a must (PowerPoint, Excel (VBA as a plus), etc.) and Bloomberg.
• Good understanding of financial markets, preferably with a focus on equity and/or fixed income markets a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken command of English is a must, other languages advantageous but not essential.
• Strong conceptualization and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Independent, structured and precise working style with very high attention to details, able to perform under pressure.
• Flexible and creative mindset with initiative and a can-do attitude, motivated and hungry to drive projects forward, improve/automate processes and get things done.
• Good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders.
