Senior Analyst- Partnership Enablement COE
Location - Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
About the Role:
Global Business Solutions have industry-leading network of specialists, developing and delivering solutions through global resourcing to address business problems that enable our company\'s purpose, priorities, and growth. As part of this the team provides analytics support on reporting and governance solutions. The team of specialists are on a digital transformation journey, leveraging analytics to generate actionable insights for Novartis medicines impacting more than 500 million patients worldwide
Key responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
• Explore, develop, implement, and evaluate reporting solutions that address customer needs.
• Co-create with key partners to build partnerships & collaborations. Planning & management, gather requirements to develop detailed Project plans and Project estimations to task level
• Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development, and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI\'s.
• Works in collaboration with Global Business Solutions across functions to maximize value.
• Provide analytics support to across Global Business Solutions stakeholders
• Takes initiative to drive standardization of reports across Global Business Solutions central reporting solutions

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Degree level, MBA with Graduate / Postgraduate in Medicine (MD/MBBS/BDS) Pharmacy / Life Sciences
• Experience (4+ years) in business analytics in a market research firm or pharmaceutical company or Pharma KPO
• Proficiency in Excel SAS/SQL and pharma datasets
• Proficient in Power BI Reporting and simplifying complex data sets through excel and other reporting solutions.
• Qlik, Tableau, Alteryx and experience is good to have
• Proven communication, people management, stakeholders management and leadership skills
• Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
• Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach for reporting and governance.
• Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
• Should be customer service oriented

Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
Desirable Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Conceptual, analytical & tactical thinking, strategic thought process
• Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding global team environment, work under tight deadlines
• Develop and maintain strong individual and team performance.
• Adequate domain knowledge of life sciences required.
