Role overview:
The Senior Executive will support end-to-end activities for Accounts Payable process like invoice accounting, maintaining invoice tracker, vendor payments, bank open items clearing, preparation of accrual tracker and month end reporting.
The Senior Executive will work in a shared service environment of a captive BPO support and be responsible for meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) on Turn Around Time (TAT), Accuracy and other scheduled and unscheduled deliverables.
The individual should keep the process in steady-state phase and contribute to continuous improvement program across the process. He/ she will provide timely escalation of issues to the reporting manager and provide the action plan to get the issues resolved.
