Job Title: Senior Analyst - OMPCareer Level : D1Introduction to roleJoin a world-leading pharmaceutical company headquartered in the United Kingdom, operating in over 100 countries, as a Senior OMP Functional Consultant. You will be a senior member of a functional team for large OMP development, support, and maintenance projects, spanning several SAP landscapes across continents. As an OMP Consultant, you will handle resolving issues reported by business users and delivering all enhancements in the application. You will be responsible for monitoring and BAU support, finishing the tasks assigned by the Team Lead, and proactively working with business users to identify and resolve recurring issues. Collaborate closely with teams and business customers worldwide, supporting from design to deploy phases of the projects. Your exceptional team coaching skills will be invaluable.AccountabilitiesResolve issues in OMP reported by business usersDeliver enhancements in the applicationMonitor and provide BAU supportComplete tasks assigned by Team LeadProactively work with business users to identify and resolve recurring issuesCollaborate with teams and business collaborators worldwideSupport from design to deploy phases of projectsCoach and mentor team membersEssential Skills/ExperienceConsolidating demand, supply planning, and strategic network design into one platform (SNP) and providing a lean and simplified user experienceSupply planning capabilities uplift with more future OMP functionalities including CO2 sustainability planningBroad functional, working knowledge and experience in OMP DRP, PP, Campaign Planning, Volume Planning, Detail schedulingGood understanding of business processes in the life sciences, pharmaceutical or other manufacturing domainsOMP OPAL certified to provide technical support is a big plusAbility to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and review functional specificationsExposure to highly customized OMP environments and working on collaborate with SAP systemsExceptionally good technical understanding of integration of OMP and SAP ECC/APO modules and the underlying logicUnderstanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle managementGood understanding of GXP and SOX requirementsWorking experience in a validated environmentAwareness of release governance processes and experience in working on any incident management toolGood communication and people skillsWell versed in English with excellent spoken and written skillsWillingness to work on all shifts and extend when necessary to support critical issues with BAUInitiative-taking approach to problem solvingExperience working in a globally distributed teamEducational background: Bachelors in Engineering with or without Masters degreeCertified by OMP in the respective functional spaceDesirable Skills/ExperienceN/AWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
