\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure to practice IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Investigate Security breach and write comprehensive reports including assessment based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Development and implementation of new corporate security policies and staff training on awareness of cyber security threats.
\xef\x82\xb7 Creating network policies and authorization roles and defending against unauthorized access, modi\xc3\x9ecations, and destruction.
\xef\x82\xb7 Research and make recommendations on server system administration.
\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate and ensure security efficiency and assist in installation of antivirus to fortify security system.

Essential Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Network and Security Engineer.
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, telecommunications or any related \xc3\x9eeld.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong Knowledge in TCP/IP protocol, deep packet processing knowledge using tools like Wireshark, tcp, dump.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong Knowledge in design, installing, and con\xc3\x9eguration of cisco networking devices ( LAN, WAN & WLAN)
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of performing routing protocols (MPLS, HAIPE/IP, QOS and WAN). \xef\x82\xb7 Extensive knowledge in networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) security protocols (HTTPS, SSL and SFTP) and routing protocols (BGP, EGP, OSPF, EIGRP. etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive Knowledge in switching technologies, 3 layer networking architecture.
Experience in network monitoring and network managing tools and alerts. (Solar Winds, PRTG network etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive knowledge in remote management solutions (VPN).
\xef\x82\xb7 Practical experience using computer operating systems such as MS Windows, UNIX, and Linux
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring and Reporting of Network Performance, (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and implement Backup and Disaster recovery for Network, Server & Storage.
Hands on experience of installing &con\xc3\x9eguring Windows servers and Linux servers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience con\xc3\x9eguring and managing enterprise \xc3\x9erewalls and gateway devices is important in this role
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in maintaining centralized wireless solution.
\xef\x82\xb7 Working knowledge on any ITSM tools, Incident management, Change management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication & technical skill to work with OEM for service request / Root cause analysis & Reporting.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the staff and equipment that handles switching, routing, and perimeter devices (\xc3\x9erewalls).
\xef\x82\xb7 CISSP: Certi\xc3\x9eed Information Systems Security Professional, will be advantage.
\xef\x82\xb7 CISM: Certi\xc3\x9eed Information Security Manager, will be advantage.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong leadership and management skills \xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working for a Managed Service Provider \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge on Security/Management (MDM, Firewalls \xe2\x80\x93 Sophos, Fortigate, SIEM, CEH, CompTIA)
\xef\x82\xb7 A strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems. \xef\x82\xb7 You will need to be well organised, ef\xc3\x9ecient and able to work unsupervised under your own initiative.


Qualifications:

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong written and spoken communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience of Network and Security Engineer.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge on Multiple technology ie Cisco/HP/Dell.
\xef\x82\xb7 An understanding of ISO 27001/27002 standards, ITIL and COBIT frameworks
\xef\x82\xb7 CCNA / CCNP/ AWS Certi\xc3\x9ecation on networking (Desire)


Tools Knowledge:
Argus, Sophos, Cisco and Fortinet, Wireshark, SolarWinds, Kaseya Monitoring and Management tool
