Qualifications & RequirementsMust Have:

Professional accounting designation (CA preferred)
Trained at Big 4 accountancy firm
Minimum of seven to eight (7-8) years of progressive work experience, with a preference for background in auditing, public company accounting processes and internal control over financial reporting, having spent last few years working in the industry
Strong financial systems experience, including advanced MS-Excel skills
Strong analytical and research skills to identify and assess risks from various sources of data
A positive, proactive can do attitude and excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information and ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and deadlines will be essential
Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
Exemplifies the right motivation by aspiring to achieve collective goals
Penchant for seeking out new experiences, knowledge and candid feedback
Self-motivated and proactive, with respect to both managing workload and professional development
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to manage different priorities
