Job Description

This role will be a part ofour growing Portfolio Management team the primary responsibility would involveworking on certain client engagements where Oxane is providing portfoliosurveillance or reporting services to global institutional investors investingin loan portfolios, asset backed financing or securitization transactions Therole would entail researching across various asset classes, various financials,legal agreements, and work independently on the day-to-day administration ofloan servicing and portfolio management across different geographies Theincumbent would also be required to interact and coordinate with client on theperformance of the assets and underlying collateral Key Responsibilities : Workclosely with the clients in supporting them for monitoring the performance ofthe investment transactions across various asset classes Reviewand extract relevant data from financial statements, loan agreements,amendment documentsand other reports as required by clients or for analyzing the credit Monitoringof key scheduled events through the life of the loan: Interest Payment Date,Maturity Date, Financial Statements) Monitoringand reviewing borrower reporting (operating statements, financials, and compliancecertificates) with keen focus on underlying financial covenants and thelegitimacy of borrower reported income and expenses Runningwaterfall on Interest payment date Coordinating withclient on timelines and business deliverables Requirements Broad understanding of the Structured Finance product/ corporate credit landscape/CRE/ABS Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm is preferable Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance
