- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Senior Analyst Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Insights:
o Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
o Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg to gather and interpret data.
o Develop detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
2. A/B Testing and Experimentation:
o Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate hypothesis and improve conversion rates.
o Analyze test results, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
o Maintain a testing roadmap and prioritize experiments based on potential impact and feasibility.
o Ability to calculate the impact of the test in terms of revenue.
3. User Experience (UX) Optimization:
o Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to understand user behavior and pain points.
o Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes, prototypes, and design improvements based on insights.
o Monitor and analyze user feedback to continually refine and enhance the user experience.
4. Marketing Funnel Optimization:
o Evaluate and optimize marketing funnels across various channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC) to increase lead generation and conversions.
o Work closely with the marketing team to align CRO strategies with overall marketing objectives.
o Understanding of cross channel digital marketing strategies.
5. Campaign Performance Monitoring:
o Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using UTM parameters and other tracking tools.
o Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, development, and design to implement optimization strategies.
o Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Desired Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
o Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
o Familiarity with UX/UI principles and usability testing.
o Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.• Analytical Skills:
o Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
o Ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Strong project management and organizational skills.
