Senior Analyst

CX data product teams support all the customer experience-focused teams across Vista in data
driven decisions. We provide the What and the Why for any customer experience-related
queries. Our insights are used to track the performance, fix experience issues and inspire new
developments. We are looking for an individual who is self-directed, creative, and enjoys
working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with user research/surveys, data analytics
tools and techniques is highly desired.
What You Will Do:
• Be immersed in diverse teams where you will collaborate on analyses and continually
bring forward ideas and insights to drive value for our customers.
• Be a great teammate who can coordinate across domains and time zones to see a
project through, from ideation and analysis to documentation and presentation.
• Be an internal consultant, sharing concrete insights to help your business partners
make better decisions on the full spectrum of the customer journey.
• Tell data stories and communicate effectively with all audiences: Use data analysis
tools and techniques to analyze research data and identify trends. Monitor and maintain
data accuracy. Maintain organized records and data sets.
• Set up and improve processes with innovative and creative ideas.
• Be a student, learning new techniques when required: you learn new skills to get to the
best possible recommendations when required. We've got you covered with in-house
experts and training.
• Be an owner, solving problems that might appear "out of scope": you must raise your
voice if something seems broken and proactively offer solutions.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, agile environment that focuses on delivering customer
value early and often.
Your Qualifications:
• Passionate about data and technology. Proficient in SQL. Other programming
languages/analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R, Google Analytics) and experience with
dashboards (tableau, looker, Power BI) and hypothesis testing is a strong plus.
• A resourceful and proactive problem solver. Strong analytical thinking, excellent
organizational skills, strong attention to detail, an ability to effectively deliver on projects
and support multiple business partners as well as a drive to proactively see, follow-up,
and resolve analytical problems.
• Have a growth mindset. A continuous self-learner by nature. Sees challenges as an
opportunity to grow. Someone who thinks setbacks and mistakes are valuable learning
moments; effort and feedback are essential tools to grow.
• Customer focused and partnering with stakeholders. Ability to not just think about
improving the end to end customer experience, but also to build intuitive analytics tools
by partnering closely with the internal users - advising and educating them on
data-related topics and help the team to develop and follow a data-driven approach to
Product Development.
• Inquisitive by nature. Comfortable with exploratory analysis and statistical techniques
and able to find meaningful patterns and trends in the data; ability to tackle complex
problems, drawing inferences from data, and create workable solutions based on
business rules.
• Experienced. Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in an eCommerce
environment. Bachelor's degree in business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,
Engineering, Economics, or related field from a top-notch university. Experience in tech
startups or management consulting.
