REPONSIBILITIES

• Deploys new IT infrastructure architecture based on approved designs.
• Drives problem resolutions that have been escalated. Implements fixes for performance issues.
• Participates on cross functional teams to assist in design IT infrastructure architecture.
• \xc2\xbf Strong understanding and competence in virtual computing environment.
• Utilizes technical knowledge in cross-functional and intra-departmental efforts.

Role Overview:

• Advisor, IT Infrastructure role performs Backup Administration DPO solutions, Predominately
• Deep Knowledge on Networker, DD and DPA. Responsible for performing a wide variety of daily Backup & Restore management Incidents and tasks, migrations as well as maintaining frequent communications with the customer to ensure the requirements of each task are fully understood so expected timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary:

• Capable of working with minimal supervision. Considered advanced in the implementation and use of Client EMC/Virtustream storage solutions. Knowledgeable of industry best practices in the implementation of complex Backup environments. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.Qualifications:

Secondary:

• Client EMC Proven Professional Certification desired.
• Ability to perform in high stress fast paced customer driven organization.
