Organizational Overview : IAM mission is to implement and maintain oversight over effective identity governance, authentication, and authorization for Synchrony\'s workforce in all CMDB information assets through both centralized and federated controls based on a risk prioritized framework..Ensure access is authorized, logged, and monitored.Ensure users have timely and appropriate access to our resources, systems, and data and Comply with applicable financial services industry standards and regulations (e.g. NIST, Sarbanes-Oxley, FFIEC, PCI, etc.) Role Summary/Purpose : Synchrony Financial identity and access management provides LCM for all identities and applications managed in sail point. This person will play a key role to manage applications from access management team which are RPA BOT enabled . This role should also work collaboratively with different IAM teams for identification and for successful implementation for all improvement projects which will cover multiple business, stakeholders and technical solutions across Synchrony. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and Execute the UNIX, ADSYF, SSO LDAP Support via SNOW process. Monitor and execute assurance tasks for the SIAM Error Provisioning, SIAM Detected Role Report to ensure we are proactively working to reduce escalations and also stay compliant. Monitor the GSS Support Channel for New Hires and work closely with the GSS team and training team to provide escalation support and timely response on those Teams Channel queue and ensure well executed within the SLA. Business SME for executing and managing limited licensed application for SIAM and Servicenow. Ensure adherence to all Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures. Notify management when discrepancies are found in SOPs to ensure they are Updated accordingly. Responsible for documenting process/technical difficulties being experienced and timely reporting them to management Responsible to document and for notifying management of any concerns raised by requestor and/or anticipating escalation. Execute SIAM Monitor Tasks for Manual Action Work Items to ensure completion in timely manner Liaise with Help Desk team members and assist as and when required when issues are escalated and aging tickets in Servicenow queue are resolved in timely manner. Act as SPOC for any errors/issues reported during SIAM Provisioning and escalate to Access Management Shift Lead. Track Progress and resolution with rcca and action items/owners and remediations for permanent resolution. Responsible to provide inputs to manage/publish SIAM/SNOW metrics to access management leads as in when needed. Provide inputs for Backlog items if any for any enhancements/changes required for security administration tasks. Participate in projects and initiatives in support of regulatory, audit and IdM directives when called upon. Required Skills/Knowledge: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with Identity and access management module. Ability to handle multiple priorities Experience in working with remote teams Work with minimal supervision Process Oriented Last annual performance rating should at least be Strong Contributor/Critical Talent Desired Characteristics: Excellent troubleshooting communication skills highly motivated and demonstrate high level of initiative Knowledge on Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) is an advantage Good knowledge on Active Directory ,UNIX ,SSOLDAP ,Okta, Sailpoint IIQ platforms. Familiarity with identity management provisioning framework. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence clients, team members, management and external groups Ability to integrate into a large team, support team goals, above average team player, and take direction from technical lead and other leadership. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor\'s degree with minimum 0-2 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of degree 2 -4 years of working experience Information Technology.
