As a part of Global Security\'s Information Security organization, the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team protects Invesco against a dynamic threat landscape and advances Invesco\'s purpose by empowering and enforcing secure access to drive desired business outcomes and digital experience goals. IAM manages the digital identities and entitlements of people, services, and things, and the relationships and trust among them. We collaborate and partner with Business Units, Technology, and Security to address IAM risks, provide IAM platform/solution services, and standardize IAM processes by onboarding applications to our IAM platform/solutions. Your Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical team members. You Will Be Responsible For: Analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for application onboardings. Should be able to work independently with business stakeholders to capture the IAM requirements and use cases. Good to know about Security and Risk management and knowledge of risk control frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL, etc., Defines and prioritizes SailPoint IAM requirements, and deliverables, and manages the IAM product backlog by initiatives, epics, and user stories. Effectively communicate the requirements and concerns of the users to the business stakeholders. Demonstrate strong Problem-solving skills. Be a strong team player with good communication skills. The Experience You Bring: Should have a good understanding of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management concepts. 4-5 years of experience as a business analyst. Work experience in one or more IAM products such as Oracle, IBM, CA, SailPoint, CyberArk, or others. Working experience with SailPoint\'s IAM concepts such as Access Management, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management. Strong understanding of best practices in the IAM space. Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical individuals.
