Location: Building No 12D, Floor 5, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India Role objective: Execute disbursements processes in compliance with control policies Actively contribute to continuous process improvement Drive strong and consistent analysis/control Responsibilities: Process Payments Prepare and execute payment run, including regular and expedited payments Monitor working capital levels, and liaise with multiple parties where appropriate Monitor and manage direct template uploads in bank portal Collaborate with AP teams and ensure to have all critical vendors paid on time Monitor and work towards reduction of adhoc/manual payments Manage team in following critical controls Team management experience with at least 1 appraisal cycle Generate and transmit remittance advice and cheques Undertake voiding processes as required Execute standard and ad hoc Disbursements reporting General office support to PTP team, subject to separate of duties considerations Support other PTP Process teams as business demand requires Contribute to operational and strategic process improvements #cbs finance Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
