Has excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.Here is a glimpse of what you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:\xc2\xb7 Timely issuance of POs to Vendors, follow-up for order confirmation and co-ordination for on time payment to suppliers\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with vendors for actual delivery status of material\xc2\xb7 On time completion of Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report for review\xc2\xb7 To efficiently and accurately execute core procurement processes for assigned products\xc2\xb7 To meet or exceed desired service levels and inventory targets as defined for the products assigned, validated through procurement metrics\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and Supplier for Purchase Order Changes\xc2\xb7 Select supplier for placing new orders in accordance with approved Purchasing strategies\xc2\xb7 Managing supplier\'s database\xc2\xb7 To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes\xc2\xb7 Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues\xc2\xb7 Prepare Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes\xc2\xb7 Should we include shortage/excess escalation management, co-ordinate and follow thru on urgent receive, past dues management and receiving challenge resolutionHere is some of what you\xe2\x80\x99ll need (required):\xc2\xb7 Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Engineering Graduates\xc2\xb7 Experience: 1-3 yrs. Procurement / Supply Chain experience preferred\xc2\xb7 Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF).\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 MANDATORYHere are a few of our preferred experiences:\xc2\xb7 Experience in the following domains: Order processing, Supply chain management, Order management, Procurement end to end preferred\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN)\xc2\xb7 Experience in Manufacturing industry preferably in electronics\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook\xc2\xb7 Good analytical skillsHere are a few examples of what you will get for the great work you provide:
