The purpose of this role is to perform and support the higher risk standard Financial reporting and control activities required each month, quarter and year-end as well as supervise the execution of lower risk activities.Job Title: Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting & Control:Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and reliable output for specific tasks during monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
• Maintain working relationships with other teams and stakeholders in various finance pillars.
• Provide technical analysis and advice to key partners, solving complex problems within the team.
• Support control and reporting compliance, including preparing technical accounting memos.
• Assist with the audit process by collaborating with external auditors.
• Drive continual improvements in the quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes, working closely with the wider finance team.

Key Deliverables:1. Bellin Coupa AR Invoice Upload:

• Upload IC invoice details (invoice number, date, amount, currency) based on information from AR reports in NZ accounting tools (Pegasus and Xero).

2. Uploading Trial Balances into D365:

• Prepare trial balances according to the D635 upload template for 07 entities.
• Make necessary adjustments, including revenue gross-ups, in the upload template.
• This process begins after finalizing monthly books from the Market team (CCOE not involved in finalization activities such as revenue, provision revenue, MoM expenses analysis).

3. Managing BPC IC, Finance, and CPS Cube Submission:

• BPC IC Cube:

• Upload IC balances party-wise and coordinate with counter parties to resolve any mismatches.
• BPC PL Cube:

• Load D635 data into BPC.
• Populate HC details (brand-wise, function-wise) for both BPC entities using data shared by the Market team.
• Perform reclassifications (e.g., from IC revenue to Non-IC revenue) in the revenue sheet.
• Verify PL summary sheet against Pegasus PL for completeness and accuracy.
• BPC BS Cube:

• Prepare a reconciliation between Pegasus/Xero and BPC BS, including historical adjustments.
• Create input working files (e.g., Debtors aging, Accrued income aging) for BPC BC.
• Upload data to BPC BC, including FA Depreciation details (managed by the Market team).
• BPC CPS:

• Analyze monthly client-wise revenue and upload brand-wise revenue details for major customers.

4. Blackline Reconciliation Preparation:

• Prepare 60 GL reconciliations monthly, following Group guidelines.

5. ICPA Follow-Up:

• Download the latest ICPA status from the tool and share it with the Market team for further actions.

Professional Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience or Finance Graduate/Postgraduate/Semi-qualified Accountant with 5-8 years of experience in Accounting, Consolidation, Financial reporting.
• Proficient in technical accounting, candidate with IFRS knowledge is favored.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) and Blackline tool will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, across different regions and levels.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.
• Agile and flexible to changing needs and adhoc requirements, this role will require log-in early morning hours during month close.
