Reporting into the Financial Reporting & Control Manager. This role is moved from UK to Bengaluru under CCoE team to perform controllership activities for Global functions entity.

Job Title: Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting & Control

:

• The role needs to support Financial Controller on day-to-day basis with regard to Balance sheet
• reporting & controlling activities.
• Review and submission of month end group reporting deliverables for the entity
• Review of the entities\xe2\x80\x99 monthly balance sheet reconciliations, prepared by in-house finance service teams.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliations, Perform Revaluation, Prepare Prepayment & Fixed asset accounting.
• Review and approval of Payroll charges, Holiday pay accruals, Other accrual reconciliation.
• Approve payment proposal ensuring sufficient funds available to pay.
• Approval of final payments to suppliers in banking system
• Review & share exceptional/manual payment request to pay supplier before next scheduled payment run.
• Manage & maintain T&E policies.
• Review and Approve Coding for T&E, Cash Oop & Citi card review.
• Concur reconciliation review & sign off.
• Review the net exposure in foreign currencies including the forecasted payments and collections.
• Submit Quarterly and Annual surveys (Capital acquisitions - Survey, Turnover survey (ONS))
• Approve all journal entries up to agreed threshold.
• Co-ordinate with HR for changes

Educational qualification & requirements

• Accountancy or financial qualification with minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in Controllership area
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Strong Excel skills - proficient in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, nested formulae, PIVOT tables, etc.
• Understanding of consolidation systems (BPC or Hyperion preferred) or D365 ERP systems
