Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations on monthly basis
Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
Perform BAU activities
Perform Planning activities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post multiple journal templates to JDE
Resolve JDE errors
Carrying out trend analysis of costs
Follow instructions and templates
Document GL reconciliations and supporting information
Prepare accruals
KPI data collection
Prepare forecast pipeline ahead of calls with stakeholders
MBR deck
Roll over month end files
Data reconciliation & mapping
Reviewing CRE marketing spent at a BU/ Broker/ Deal level and update tracker (client/ broker/ SMF recovery)
Prepare SOX docs & Compile SOX queries
Compile audit/ tax queries
Update Costar
Prepare Planning templates
Data reconciliation (Workday mapping / changes; JDE to Essbase; Cost allocations)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-6 years of experience.
SKILLS:
Strong Accounting/book keeping knowledge (Dr. and Cr skills)
Attention to Detail
Analytical Insights / Critical Thinking

Project Management / Time Management / Prioritization
