:Qualifications and Experience Required:University graduate, B Com, MBA in Finance.Experience 4-6 years of important work experience in F&A BPO or any other industry.Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting/General Ledger/RTR profile.Customer care and team playing skills Familiar with all Fixed Assets module in SAP application.Purpose of Role:TOP 3-5 AccountabilitiesPerform FA Activities capitalization, Disposal, Transfers and FA master data amendments.Implement monthly depreciation Asset transfers & retirementPerform Month end close tasks for Fixed AssetsPerform Fixed Asset reconciliationsPrepare asset reports including monthly asset schedulesSupport statutory and internal audit requirement for Fixed Assets domainMaintain detailed controls across RTR FA Accounting processes- CARM activityRole Requirements:Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes FAR SL closes and GL close.Ensure that management and statutory reporting is completed accurately and on time and that the surrounding internal controlAware of the Fixed Assets controls, and ensure / implement policy adherencePerform reconciliations, proactively working on future GLAT.Preparation and posting of FI Postable journalsGive ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and support to the continuous improvement of the financial and operational processPersonal Skills requirement.Customers managementProcess Expertise and improvementCapable of working in a deadline driven environment.Has customer focus to be able to build excellent relationships with relevant internal and external customers Hard working personality, flexibility.Worker Type : RegularPrimary Location: GurugramAdditional Locations :Job Posting Start Date : 2024-08-27
