Accountable for Global Collaboration email Services
Steering service provider to ensure services are operating as designed and agreed in SOW.
Design, improve and implement the LXS standard processes.
Streamline existing processes and systems to ensure smooth functioning of collaboration platforms.
Define Continuous Improvement framework - Identify, Initiate and Implement improvements for services to best optimization of resources and as per best practices.
Maintain service stability and quality, Initiate remedial or improvement actions.
Ensure Service Management processes are followed.
eg. Service Operations, Capacity Management (Availability), Configuration Management, Information Security Management, Complaint & Escalation Management."
Requirements
Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Collaboration & Email Infrastructure Services, Client servicing, Service management and service Operations. Certified for ITIL. 5 - 10 years
