Internal Communications \xe2\x80\x93 Senior Analyst

CMG - Marketing Excellence - USI CMT\xe2\x80\x93 UI/UX & Frontend Developer The role will support the delivery of numerous internal Websites and Gamification solutions on SharePoint and other internal digital platforms. Responsibilities:

• Ensure SLAs are met for projects and demonstrate high level of motivation to get the job done.
• Consult with Project leads/US/USI stakeholders while responding to their inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients and U.S counterparts while gathering requirements and providing status updates.
• Participate in knowledge transfer/sharing sessions within teams to enhance knowledge on projects, best practices.
• Exposure to project management skills.
• Ensure project/practice specific utilization and quality goals as stipulated.
• Collaborate effectively within teams and work seamlessly towards project goals.
• 100% compliance to all operational and reporting requirements.

Skills:

• Expert knowledge in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and other web technologies.
• Knowledge of backend databases is an added advantage.
• Responsive cross-browser and cross-platform design, mobile experience, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), color theory, graphic design, mockups and prototyping, testing / debugging and building from concept to deployment.
• Ability to convert static content into engaging interactive experiences.
• Good to have knowledge in Photoshop and CMS platforms like SharePoint 2010/2013.
• Solid grasp of user-centric design, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Experience working with brand and/or design guidelines.
• Experience with Typescript and static type checking methodologies.
• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and comprehension skills.
• Good with managing stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 expectations, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to learn new web design technologies and develop UI/UX capabilities.

Any Graduation/ Engineering Degree (preferably computer science)/MCA or relevant experience. The team USI Communications is a team of professionals who specialize in Internal Communications, Public Relations and Communication Technology. The team reinforces the culture and brand of Deloitte internally and monitors our external reputation \xe2\x80\x93 intervening where necessary. They also play the role of a strategic and trusted business advisor for leaders and ensure that professionals are equipped with the right information in a timely manner to excel at work and enjoy well-being. Other priorities include creating an open and transparent environment for leadership communication and leveraging internal channels creatively, effectively disseminating information and measuring the impact of communications.
