Clifford Chance is a place where the brightest minds and the best of colleagues meet.The RoleJob OverviewThe purpose of this role is to work with the CMD Operations team in Delhi and support the team of Client Development Coordinators (CDCs) across a range of tactical and operations tasks related to the management and development of Global Strategic Clients (GSCs) and sectors in which GSCs operate. This role essentially involves supporting the team of CDCs to deliver account management services, including but not limited to, preparation of various internal and external reports, organizing meetings, meeting presentations, client research on open sources and providing administrative support when needed.Who you will work withClient Development Coordinators (CDCs) supporting GSC clientsWhat you will be responsible for

  • Understand the role of a BD in driving the growth of the top tier clients of the firm.
  • Build an understanding of the internal tools and ssdatabases and to use them efficiently in producing various reports including financial reports, BD reports, relationship reports, etc.
  • Provide administrative support, assist with creating reports on MS Excel and PPT
  • Build a good rapport within the BRS teams internally and with other teams in Delhi office.
  • Understand the implementation of various procedures around the delivery of all reporting requirement.
  • Manage time efficiently in order to support the existing CDCs in accomplishing their task at hand
What you will do
  • Research and share top news for clients.
  • Maintenance of in-house infrastructure: Assist CDCs across all GSC clients in ensuring that any internal databases are kept up-to date at all times including Pandora, InterAction, Foundation etc.
  • Relationship infrastructure - maintaining information about client team composition, distribution lists and client intranet sites.
  • Internal relationship communications - assisting with the creation and internal dissemination of relationship information.
  • Client financials - working with the Commercial Analysis Team to respond to financial information-related reporting requests.
  • Client reporting - collating information for and assisting with the creation of the first drafts of client Value Added Reports (VAR) and other relationship reports specified by the CDC.
  • Coordinate with various teams within Delhi / global offices in fetching the right information required to do a job.

  • Exposure to the global shared services team model.
  • Exposure to managing multiple requests at the same time/ multi-tasking.
  • A bachelor\'s/master\'s degree from a reputed institute.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate/MNC.
