Job Summary: The Senior Analyst, Category Performance, leverages the online reporting capabilities to create data visualization that simplifies decision making for the category business leaders. The Senior Analyst partners with team members of the Digital Category organization to build new dashboards and scale existing category specific dashboards to leverage efficiency across the business. This individual will also work directly with the Merchandising, Tech/Product Management, Inventory Planning, Stores, and Supply Chain teams to partner and share insights for specific problem statements that enable timely the business to make timely and informed decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: 1. Dashboard and Visualization Development: Build dashboards and visualization formats that enable faster and better decision-making for the category business. 2. Requirement Gathering: Work with category business stakeholders to understand their requirements in detail (in response to an intake request), considering multiple variables to create the simplest yet most powerful visualizations that simplify the decision-making process. 3. Report Generation (Early Warning System) and Scaling: Work closely with category business stakeholders to distribute Early Warning System (EWS) reports addressing specific experience-related issues. Additionally, assist in scaling other category-specific reports across the business to leverage. Manage scaled reports end-to-end, including schema, codes, hosting etc. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with partner teams, including Merchandising, Tech/Product Management, Inventory Planning, Stores, and Supply Chain, to share insights and enable timely decision-making for stakeholders on Lowes.com and app platforms. 5. Comprehensive Reporting: Utilize a deep understanding of online reporting tools and platforms to deliver comprehensive category insights in response to specific problem statements/asks 6. Mentoring: Mentor junior analysts and support them in their projects to foster their development ensuring successful outcomes for the team and the business. Years of Experience 4+ years of combined experience in Online/Digital/Site Merchandising teams Retail Math Data Analysis Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Education Required Bachelors Degree Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or Related Field Preferred Masters Degree MBA or Related Field Experience Required 3 Years Relevant Experience Preferred 3 Years Experience in online retail or Omni-Channel merchandising Required 2 Years Experience with Excel, Adobe, Power BI, Tableau, DART (or similar analysis tools) Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) ?
