We are implementing a transformative program which will streamline processes, enhance reporting & analytics, and enhance opportunities for personal skill-building and professional growth.This position will report to Senior Manager (Finance Global Delivery Center) and will work closely with the team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Advanced Analytics team. This position will be responsible for the seamless and efficient delivery of reporting and analytics offerings and support the establishment of meaningful standard global reports to increase efficiency and deliver insights to the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will work with Global FP&A business leaders, their teams, and their various stakeholders to help discover, deliver, monitor, and enhance various reporting and analytics initiatives. You will have a true hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, including the ability to gain true insights from data, and be an effective communicator. Business acumen is a must have and will be most required for this position.
  • Responsible for design, build and maintain automated reports and dashboards leading to self-service analytics and/or improved business decisions.
  • Delivery of comprehensive management reporting packages for all financial statements, including monthly reviews of budget vs. actual results and variances with P&L / cost center owners.
  • Contribute to project execution from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, estimation, synthesis, and dashboard modeling.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement financial dashboards, models and monitor outcomes.
  • Should have the ability to understand and analyze data for the purpose of identifying trends and providing insights to the various stakeholders to unlock potential value for business.
  • Work with continuous improvements/ innovation in reporting/ advanced analytics.
  • Continuously focus on building competency in new/future technologies and solutions pertaining to data, reporting and analytics
  • Develop strong functional knowledge and business stakeholder relationship.
  • Liaise with Reporting & Analytics teams and FP&A organization to develop standard set of tools that meet business needs and help improve data quality and associated governance.
  • Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures as needed.
  • Maintain global standard and alignment in all reports, processes, and communication.
Key Competencies:
  • Expertise in data visualization and analytical tools mainly Power BI / PowerApps /Power Automate /Power Query and Tableau or/and Alteryx, etc., how to optimize performance and customer experience.
  • Relevant experience in Business Intelligence techniques (ETL development, data modelling, data mining, data warehousing & data visualization & reporting) with relevant domain experience in finance
  • Understanding of architecting, designing and operationalization of large-scale data in a Star/ Snowflake schema and analytics solutions on Cloud Data Warehouse / Snowflake /AWS S3 is a plus.
  • Translate requirements for BI and Reporting to Database design and reporting designing and wireframing.
  • Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (Python, PySpark SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets would be an additional advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Expert with advanced excel formulas and experience with Excel VBA
  • Excellent financial modelling skills preferred, experience in statistical modelling techniques is a plus.
  • Perform financial management reporting to help track business performance to facilitate decision making and business support.
  • Digitally savvy, able to navigate easily in a virtual world.

  • English: Native or bilingual proficiency required.
  • Professional proficiency in other languages a plus
Qualification/Experiences:
  • 4+ years working in a finance function with a Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong business acumen in corporate functions (such as finance/ FP&A, procurement, human resource & technology) and/ or integrated supply chain (manufacturing, R&D, etc.) is preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working with data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI / PowerApps /Power Automate /Power Query and Tableau or/and Alteryx (ETL development, data modeling, data mining, data warehousing & data visualization & reporting).
  • Certifications in Power BI/Data Analytics/Alteryx/AWS Services/Agile is preferred
