The Senior Analyst - BI & Analytics will report to the Director, GCS Strategy and Ops. This role is part of our GCS BI & Analytics team which is responsible for reporting & business analytics for Global Customer Services org and functions. This position will solve complex business problems using data for driving the growth of the organization. The candidate would be required to work on tools such as Tableau, Salesforce.com, Google Spreadsheet and SQL. Responsibilities/What You\'ll Do . Own Tableau dashboards for GCS Organization translate complex business requirements into relevant dashboards in Tableau. . Lead complete Project Lifecycle for Tableau from requirements gathering, development, testing, user acceptance, deployment and support . Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve complex business challenges using data and analytics techniques . Present complex information and data in an easy-to-understand way to drive action . Create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels to move things forward and remove roadblock . Act as the liaison between the business and the IT data engineering team as part of the BI and Analytics team Qualifications . 8-10 years of experience in Business Insights and Analytics function minimum of 4 years in Tableau . Experience working with Technical Support metrics is a plus . Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong team player. Strong attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy . Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. . Knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce.com, Google Spreadsheet, SQL and working knowledge of R/Python. . Experience with Snowflake and Einstein Insights is a plus . Ability to drive analytics solution in a multi-disciplinary environment and collaborate with diverse internal teams. . Drive to learn, iterate and innovate and passionate about applying data analytics to solve business problems. . Technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation and a working knowledge of Tableau administration (only for coordination with backend admin teams) . Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of dashboard . Continuous Improvement - Track record in optimizing processes, leading iterative review cycles to deliver & improve on dashboard results that exceed user expectations. Ideate & set up SOPs to unlock efficiency. . Data analysis experience - Ability to work with a variety of metrics, numbers, and data from multiple sources and conduct basic statistical analyses, including correlations, linear and logistic regression, forecasting etc. Ability to explain complex analytics in a structured and clear manner.
