MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia PacificMain Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes and collate all the business requirement across multiple global teams.
• Closely work with Regional Operations team to create a road map for regional system implementation.
• Take initiative in bringing Operational efficiencies through various available system tool.
• Support to prepare BRD, user manual and conduct trainings to the stakeholder.
• Monitor and control system implementation during multiple project phases from Business side.
• Maintain project related data repository and prepare business process documentation.
• Work on System Investment budget taskssuch as budget securing, monitoring, project prioritising, budget controlling, and coordination with related Divisions in MUFG.
• Strong hands-on data management and presentation to the management on a regular basis.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and status update on a regular basis.
• Effectively communicating insights and plans toRegional Operations team, cross-functional team in India including management.
• Follow up with the stakeholder and ensure planned timelines are met.
• Drive the meetings and provide the Minutes and action items.

Expertise / knowledge required:

• Having equivalent experience of [5+] years.
• University graduate in business or related field
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of current technology trends and best practices.
• Good experience with Word, Excel, MS Project & PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge in the area of requirements definition and software development lifecycle methodology (Agile /Waterfall).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of business.
• Individual should be self-motivated and flexible.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to collaborate, multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines.
• Understanding of CBS products (Loans, Treasury, Derivative, Deposits, Funds Transfer, Export/Import, Accounting/Information, Common Function)
