TheWorkforce Intelligence Reporting Analyst will manage and coordinate the HR reporting function to support Kenvues business needs. The role supports HR objectives by identifying, creating, and analyzing data, information, and reports to make recommendations and improve organizational capability.

Major accountabilities include:

  • Develop and generate reports utilizing available reporting tools and provide analysis based on requirements.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert holding reporting portal ownership, including data intake, transformation, analysis, reporting, and user experience.
  • Define, design, and implement Reports, Dashboards, and Scorecards, assuring high data quality standards and business and compliance requirements.
  • Together with the Data Quality team, design, implement, and maintain the Data Catalogue repository covering Data Lineage, Glossary, and Data Dictionary.
  • Proactively seek and identify opportunities to improve data quality and coordinate improvement initiatives.
  • Drive accurate, complete, updated workforce data across functions by interacting with various colleagues as measured by monthly success metrics.
Position Requirements:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience indata reporting, analysis, and visualization in the HR field
  • Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc.) SQL, DB Management, Data blending/wrangling, ETL.
  • Proven recent experience with increasing accuracy and completeness of workforce data.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) that manage data across the employee lifecycle
  • High level of proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, analyzing complex situations, and absorbing considerable amounts of data to identify key themes and identify actionable insights that lead to effective solutions and recommendations.
