Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist is responsible for serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for access management provisioning needs across the CIS organization. This selected candidate will work to expand our centralized access management solutions as well as present automation for provisioning for current and newly integrated applications, servers, databases, etc. This is a hands-on role requiring configuring/developing and managing MMC\xe2\x80\x99s IAM solution within the enterprise

Key job responsibilities

• Work with Business as well as IT teams to gather information necessary to determine the appropriate method for access provisioning and influence the adoption of our centralized access management provisioning and governing solutions across the organization.
• Involve in Design & Implementation of Oracle Identity & Access Management (10g & 11g).
• Hands on with data validation of test and production data.
• Experience in application server installation and configuration and performance tuning.
• Hands on with Customization of OIM connectors like Active Directory, GTC & Database.
• Knowledgeable on LDAP Authenticator Federation and implementation of AD Connectors

• Hands On with OIM configuration using Design Console, sysadmin Console and Identity page. Involved in Provisioning & Reconciliation of users from trusted resource like Active Directory.
• Have worked on various Directory Servers like Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, SunOne Directory (iPlanet), & Tivoli Directory Server.
• Knowledge in installing, maintaining LDAP directories.
• Skilled and proficient in using Oracle database 10g/11 g.
• Configured and maintained different disconnected target systems
• Ensure all re-certification and termination audits are completed correctly and on time as required by SOX regulation
• Ensure all processes related to SOX are followed through the identity lifecycle
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting on data ingestion
• Review and update documentation for provisioning of all IAM managed applications/access for accuracy, compliance and completeness
• Meet with business partners as needed to make enhancements or solve issues around the identity process
• Actively participate in technical workshops with application project teams to understand requirements, analyzing, designing, developing and implementing Oracle Identity Management solution.
• Implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management projects including products like OIM,OID,OAM,SOA etc.
• Integrating OIM with different enterprise applications and custom-built applications.
• Implement DBAT Connectors, applications configuration.
• JAVA experience using OIM APIs related to development of custom connector, scheduled task, event handlers, workflows etc.
• Configure OOTB connectors for target systems and platforms
• Implement custom provisioning connectors in Java for target systems and platforms
• Implement custom data collection / reconciliation processes in Java for target systems and environments
• Define access policies and roles to meet requirements
• Create custom SOA workflows in Java to meet requirements
• Create custom event handlers in Java to meet requirements
• Customize OOTB User Interface using ADF to meet requirements
• Approval workflow Management and development.
• Performing identity audit and identity certifications.
• Managing provisioning processes.
• Handling reporting and auditing activities of OIM (Knowledge on BI Publisher).
• Responsible for documenting code implementation, unit testing & deployment process.
• Assisting application teams with networking requirements
• Other activities as required for project delivery
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledgeable on the OIM OOTB backend DB tables, schema, Objects, Procedures etc.
• Understanding of OOTB Job schedules, configure, modify and troubleshoot related issues.
• Good working relation with involved stake holders and Technical Partners in requirement gathering and creating BRD.
• Create, update Ongoing Technical documents and Architecture documents
• Prepare SOPs for Operational team and take Problem tickets with Vendor and other partners to closure
• Hands On with applying OIM Bundle Patches, CPU patches, Bug Fix Patches

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Languages: SQL,

Tools: Oracle Identity Manager 11gR1/R2, Oracle Access Manager 11g, Oracle Directory Server, Microsoft SQL Server, SAS.

Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003 and 2008, XP, Vista, 7; Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree for Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field preferred. 7+ year industry experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management strong plus
• Hands-on experience with the Oracle IAM suite (OAM, OUD, OVD, OIM)
• Strong SQL skills
• Results oriented; ready to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop and articulate well thought out business case and its financial / bottom line impacts
• High level of energy and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
