In addition to account management, you will audit potential accounts, develop SOPs and systems, support team success, and play a key role in building and scaling client performance.Roles & Responsibilities1. Account Management
Independently manage 3 key accounts, driving performance and ROI growth
Scale & Optimize campaigns across AMS
Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and achieve key performance metrics: ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and sales growth
2. Team Leadership & Accountability
Strategize and lead a team of 2-3 junior ad specialists, each managing 6-7 accounts
Mentor team members, ensuring they hit their KPIs; ultimate accountability lies with you for team performance
Conduct daily huddles to align goals, resolve challenges, and provide emotional and professional support
3. Client Communication
Attend client calls for your accounts and the teams key accounts to provide updates, strategies, and results
Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent results
4. SOP Creation & Systems Development
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and scale accounts effectively
Improve processes for troubleshooting, campaign optimization, and team efficiency
