• Proven experience as a Senior AI & ML Engineer or a similar role with at least 6 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and AI model development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• In-depth understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Ability to work with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
