1. LLM Creation & Development:o Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and LLM
architectures, including GPT, BERT, T5, and Transformer models.
o Expertise in creating large-scale language models from scratch,
including data collection, pre-processing, and model design.2. LLM Training & Fine-Tuning:o Proficiency in training large language models using frameworks
such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
o Experience with fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific tasks,
including single-task fine-tuning, multi-task instruction fine-tuning,
and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT).3. Computational Knowledge & Infrastructure:o Extensive experience with distributed training techniques on large
datasets, utilizing high-performance computing (HPC)
environments.
o Proficiency in cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS
Sagemaker, Google AI Platform) for scalable model training and
deployment.
o Strong knowledge of GPU/TPU optimization techniques and parallel
computing.4. Reinforcement Learning & Model Optimization:o Expertise in reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) to
improve model performance and accuracy.
o Skilled in implementing advanced optimization techniques, such as
gradient clipping, learning rate scheduling, and mixed-precision
training.5. Generative AI & RAG Implementation:o Experience in developing and deploying Generative AI systems,
including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.o Proficiency in integrating external knowledge bases and search
algorithms into LLM workflows using tools like Langchain, Llama
Index, and VectorDB.
6. Data Engineering & MLOps:o Strong skills in data pipeline creation, data versioning, and feature
engineering for LLM training.
o Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including Docker,
Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.7. Model Evaluation & Ethics:o Advanced knowledge in evaluating LLM performance using metrics
such as perplexity, accuracy, F1-score, and BLEU score.
o Awareness of ethical considerations in AI, including bias mitigation,
fairness, and explainability of LLMs.8. Programming & Algorithmic Skills:o Proficiency in Python, with strong coding skills in libraries such as
NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Gen AI libraries.
o Strong algorithmic knowledge, particularly in search algorithms,
prompt engineering, and AI-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
1. LLM Creation & Customization:o Lead the design, creation, and customization of large language
models to solve complex business problems.
o Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of LLMs, from initial concept
through to deployment and ongoing optimization.2. Training & Fine-Tuning LLMs:o Architect and implement scalable training pipelines for LLMs,
leveraging distributed computing and cloud platforms.
o Perform domain-specific fine-tuning of LLMs to enhance their
performance on targeted tasks and datasets.3. Generative AI & RAG Systems:o Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
systems to improve the accuracy and contextual relevance of LLM
outputs.
o Integrate advanced search algorithms and external knowledge
bases to enhance the capability of LLM-driven applications.4. Model Evaluation & Improvement:o Continuously evaluate LLM performance using state-of-the-art
metrics and implement feedback loops for model improvement.
o Employ reinforcement learning techniques to fine-tune models
based on human feedback and real-world usage data.5. Data Engineering & MLOps:o Design and manage scalable data pipelines to support LLM training
and fine-tuning.
o Implement MLOps practices to ensure seamless deployment,
monitoring, and maintenance of LLM models in production
environments.
6. Research & Innovation:o Drive research initiatives to explore new methodologies,
architectures, and applications of LLMs.
o Collaborate with academic and industry partners to contribute to
the advancement of NLP and AI technologies.7. Ethical AI Implementation:o Ensure that LLM development adheres to ethical AI practices,
including fairness, transparency, and accountability.
o Address potential biases and ethical issues in LLM outputs and work
to mitigate them proactively.
oQualifications:

LLM development and AI research.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record of leading LLM projects and deploying them in real-world
applications.
