regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs.
Total Exp: 8 to 15 years

\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient and have experience in conducting multiple Agile trainings & workshops
\xef\x82\xb7 MUST have a valid Agile Coach certification like SAFe Agilist(SA)/SPC/ICP-ACC/ICP-APM/SASM
\xef\x82\xb7 MUST have 6+ years of working experience as a diligent Agile Coach
\xef\x82\xb7 MUST work for 5 days from client premises
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be a minimum BE/BTech graduate
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive common Agile best practices across all the verticals
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in collaborating and conducting meetings/workshops with CxO line
\xef\x82\xb7 Create JIRA-based templates for configuration, customization of Jira workflows, boards, Reports
and dashboards for efficient project delivery & management
\xef\x82\xb7 Jira integration advisory with other tools
\xef\x82\xb7 Advisory and implementation of Agile metrics and KPIs to track team performance, identify
bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in handling Agile coaching
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of DevOps Configuration
\xef\x82\xb7 Flexible to travel for (25 to 30)% in a year
\xef\x82\xb7 Can think outside the box, self-motivator and possess excellent communication skills
