Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Experience in your specific area of responsibility Experience in administration with a strong customer service orientation Computer literate with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel Experience working to deadlines with strong prioritization skills Meticulous attention to detail More about this role Manage end to end annual compensation cycle, including salary range setting, finalizing merit grid, communication plan and ensuring the accurate and timely payout of variable pay. Assist in implementing and communicating Total Rewards policies, principles, processes and programs. Develop and/or participate in rewards market surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine companys competitive position. Co-work with finance team on people cost matters Manage all compensation related queries, tasks within the standard SLA. Provide consultation to HR Business partners on MDLZ Reward Policies & Principles Ensure compensation standards comply with company policies and/or laws and regulations and help prepare government filings, plan audits, or other tax-reporting requirements. Review and approve the appropriate salary grade/band for positions primarily using the Hay methodology with consideration given to internal slotting and external market data. Lead development of simple and objective salary grade/band criteria for positions with multi-grades/bands to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with external market Participate in ad hoc compensation-related analysis and requests from different functions Support COE in ad-hoc compensation projects for India and AMEA Region. Support AMEA My Rewards Lead on region level processes and projects. The role will support regional analytics for AMEA working closely with the AMEA My Rewards Region Lead and Regional COE SPOC for all Compensation vendors - for market research. Education / Certifications: Prior Experience in compensation is a must. Any experience in business partnering would be a plus. Quick learner, strong attention to details, good analytical mind and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Knowledge in Power BI will a plus Flexibility to work in ambiguous and fast-paced changing environment. Good communication and presentation skills to translate numbers into a meaningful language for leadership.
