We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Admission Sales Executive to join our team at the Hazratganj branch in Lucknow. The Senior Admission Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into admissions, and achieving sales targets for our professional courses, both online and offline. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals through education. Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and provide prospective students with information about our courses, admission requirements, and benefits.
• Conduct consultations and follow-up calls to understand the needs and preferences of prospective students and guide them through the admissions process.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for course enrollments and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to encourage enrollment and promote customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of professional courses and certification programs is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
