Digi Schema is a training organisation where we help millennials in building their career for today's trending skills. We are building and tapping different niches, communities, and subnetworks and eventually upskilling them together through Digi Schema training.

Digi Schema's Digital Marketing Certification Course has taught more than 10k students across India & Abroad. We encourage students to consider options other than traditional job paths.

Digi Schema focuses on mentorship-driven training with our network of 50+ mentors, with an emphasis on practical learning and exposure.

JD:-

• Maintain a Constant Communication Channel with Leads Through Phone, Email, Chat and Social. Media During the Pre and Post-sales Processes.
• Maintain a Detailed Database of all the Interactions with the Leads and Provide Constant. Feedback to the Student Experience Manager in Order to Optimise Lead Closure.

Develop and Maintain a Positive Working Relationship with the Students.

What We Are Looking For?

• Only Female candidates & 2 years working knowledge of Digital Marketing course.
• Immediate joiner with good experience as an Admission counsellor in an ed-tech company.
• Good Written and Spoken Communication Skills.
• Strong Sales Bent of Mind, in Order to Understand and Effectively Communicate What Digi Schema is Offering to Its Prospective Students and Close Applications.
• Approachable and Vibrant Personality.
• Ability to Approach Any Situation with Patience and Very Strong Empathy.
• Passion to Deliver the Highest Levels of Customer Service At all Times.
• Basic Proficiency in Ms Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is Preferable.
• Demonstrated Highest Level of Integrity, Intellectual Honesty, and Strong Work Ethic
• Sharp, Analytical, and Thoughtful. Has Sound Judgment and the Ability to Solve On the Spot
• Proven ability to Successfully Thrive in An Ambiguous Environment and Changing Market Conditions.
• Consistent Effort, Intense Commitment, Perseverance and Willingness to Go Above and Beyond When Needed.
