Role Summary I am responsible for facilitating and coordinating admininistrative support for the Middle East team. I will be the champion of best practice, and drive forward the admin processes and procedures in a proactive manner. I lead a small, high performing team. Responsibilities
Champion WSP Way of Working in all aspects of the role
Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
Lead the general Administration Support team (2 employees)
Lead the Administration Helpdesk team, responding to and supporting requests in a timely manner, ensuring all KPI?s are met
Provide additional support to the ME Travel Support team, as required
Provide additional support to the Fleet Manager, as required
Maintaining various trackers and ensuring information is always accurate and up to date
Provide expense claim support to some employees
Support with the archiving and re-archiving process
Updating organograms, as and when required
Provide general support with presentations, word documents and excel files
Schedule and organise various meetings/team events, as required
Support other ad-hoc requests
Provide regular work status updates to the Head of Administration and share feedback for improvement opportunities
Assist other departments in Shared Services ME with temporary support they may require/additional tasks
Ensure the team is high performing, motivated and well enagaged
Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications
Mnimimum 5 years relevant experience.
Excellent time management skills and able to prioritse tasks
Ability to solve problems and work well under pressure
Experienced Microsoft Office user
Ability to lead a small team
Strong communication skills ? both written and verbal
Proactive, strong-communicator and assertive
Good knowledge of admin processes and procedures as well as Way of Working
Proven team player, with a positive attitude
