WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enterprising individual who will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office in a well-organized and timely manner at ???? / SAADAA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Office Management : Maintain office decorum, cleanliness and ensure that it is tidy and well-organized. Supervise housekeeping and maintain highest hygiene standards. Promote inter department coordination and team spirit fostering positive environment
• Procurement: Procure all office assets, supplies, inventory, stationery, etc. as and when necessary and to keep accurate record for same
• Asset Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of office all office assets, such as laptops, printers, copiers, devices, and computers. Place New orders, repairs or replacements as needed with quotes from various vendors from online and offline.
• Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients and Vendors. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives by conducting research, compiling information, and assisting with project management tasks. Compile and organize information, data, and materials required for projects. Assist in tracking project progress, updating timelines, and coordinating project activities
• Documentation: Prepare and edit document and SOP of all admin process, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Data Entry: Input and update data in various systems and databases. Maintain records and generate reports as required.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, catering, equipment setup, and participant registration.
• Financial Support: Process invoices, manage expense reports, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with maintaining and updating policy manuals
• Security: Maintain and Supervise office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (CCTV, monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Audit: Regular Audit of all Asset, SOP, team member daily task, hygiene. cleanliness and preventive maintenance

WHO ARE YOU?

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in Administration
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word), Spreadsheets
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to create or filing system
• Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
