Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Oversee creation, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ad sales executives.
  • Conduct market research and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of ad sales experience, preferably in digital media.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with major advertising agencies and brands.
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire a team.
