Job role and responsibilities :

Reconcile and maintain balance of all suppliers and sub-contractors.

Verification of Contractor and sub-contractor bills.

Follow-up with Contractors regarding bills and payements.

Monitor Project accounting & progress reporting on daily basis.

Preparation of cash flow rolling forecast on monthly basis.

Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.

Examining expenses submitted by employees & Suppliers / Subcontractors.

Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

Maintain Statutory Compliances on regular basis.

Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.

Required skills

1. B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or other equivalent degree

2. Min of 7-10 years exp in core accounts preferably from Construction/Engineering/Real estate companies.

3. Strong experience in dealing with Contractors and Sub-Contractors is mandatory

4. Candidates with Construction/Engineering/Real estate companies are highly preferred.

5. In-depth knowledge of accounting processes.

6. Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, FOCUS.

Preferable: Previous experience related to highways, bridges, engineering, railway and EPC based projects

Job Location : Near Jubliee hills metro station, Madhapur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
