Position Summary

Apart from the existing established clients, the demand for Solique's Business Support services is on the rise. As an Accounting specialist, you are expected to be curious, have good technical knowledge, and be a quick learner. You are also expected to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in your work as well as the client's financial well-being.

We're looking for an energetic and dynamic graduate with an entrepreneurial & growth mindset committed to improving the business.

The key responsibilities include the following

Functional Responsibilities:

Quickly gain an understanding of current accounting practices followed by the clients from the seniors in the team

Do end-to-end accounting (Maintain books of accounts, generate MIS, BRS etc.)

Ensure work is accurate and completed on time

Personal attributes and experience:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong command over MS Office (specifically Excel)

Any other accounting tools like Tally, Zohobooks, Quickbooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, and compliance related tools like computax, webtel etc. would be an added advantage

Ability to meet deadlines

Good communication skills

Positive attitude, Strong interpersonal skills, and a team player

Qualifications Required:

Semi Qualified CA with an experience of 4-5 yrs.

Or

M.Com with 6-7 years of experience.
